- Depression or anxiety you have been unable to overcome.
- Negative relationship patterns that bring you pain and sorrow.
- Disturbing life experiences from your past such as abuse, accidents, traumas, sudden illness or death which prevent you from feeling happy and content.
- Chronic health problems that produce feelings of stress and hopelessness.
